Satya  is a martial arts and karate practitioner who lives in Jhansi. On his way to Varanasi to attend his friend's wedding, he is waylaid by a gang of goons. They beat him and leave him for dead. Satya  as he recovers from his injuries, learns that his friends are involved in a big scam. He sets out to find his friends and get his revenge. On the way, he meets the famed Maharaja Bahadur Singh, who helps Satya  in his quest. In the end, Satya  defeats the goons and avenges his friends. Bahadur Singh  is impressed with Satya  and arranges for him to work with the police in Jhansi. Meanwhile, the goons, who are after Bahadur Singh  for money, kidnap him and try to kill Satya  and Bahadur Singh . To avenge his friends, Satya  attacks the goons and kills all of them. Satya  returns to Jhansi and starts working with the police department. He becomes a police inspector, but is later transferred to a new location. Bahadur Singh  is appointed the Director General of Police in the new location. Satya  and Bahadur Singh  are reunited.
